与黑暗为友
(而非敌人)
黑暗是朋友,而不是正得佛法的敌人,是可爱的黑暗。如果我们知道要与黑暗在一起,黑暗就会成为我们的伙伴、朋友。不要担心有没有看到画面,或者必须看到什么,轻轻松松地一直跟着黑暗在一起。夜色越暗表示时间越晚,时间越晚就表示快要天亮了。因此,再过不久,光亮也将自行到来。
将心静止于身体中心点,便是系念于法
所谓“系念于法”便是将心轻轻松松地放在身体中心点。并非将心强行压制在该处,而是让心在身体中心点静止下来。完全静止,如如不动,持续将心系念于法。
不期待拥有,却能得到所有
静坐时,不期待能够看到什么内在的画面,有没有看见,都无所谓。只是让心维持不动,仅仅如此而已。但越是不抱期待,往往越能满足所有。修行静坐就是这样不一般。
